New Year, New Skills
January is a time to feel inspired, try new things and learn new skills…three things the Gordon Ramsay Academy are truly passionate about.
The Academy is Gordon Ramsay’s only cookery school, right in the heart of Woking. The Academy’s mission is to get everyone cooking, and having fun whilst they do! They offer a huge range of cooking classes, from brunch and baking, to Gordon’s signature Beef Wellington and far-flung cuisines. The classes are for everyone, whether you’re a keen home cook or never even picked up a spatula, the Academy chefs are there to make sure you leave feeling more confident in the kitchen.
So, why not go and join one of their upcoming classes to learn, laugh, and love food the Ramsay way?
New year, new skills…
Knife skills are essential when learning to cook, and the Academy is the perfect place start to your cooking journey. The knife skills classes cover everything from vegetables to meat butchery and fish filleting. All the equipment is provided so all you need to bring is yourself. Staying in? There is also have an online masterclass that you can join from the comfort of your own home!
New dishes…
It’s easy to get into a habit of making the same recipes week in, week out, so let the Academy help you! Join them for a speedy evening class where you’ll pick up a brand new dinner recipe in no time. In less than 2 hours, you’ll have mastered some new skills, enjoyed a delicious dinner and shared a glass of wine with your fellow classmates. What’s more, with your recipe pack to take home, you’ll be ready to keep cooking again and again.
Something for the Junior chefs…
We know how quickly the school holidays creep up, so get ahead with plans and book your Junior chefs into a class. All Junior classes are for ages 6-15 and are held at weekends and during the school holidays. With a huge range of cuisines, skills and recipes, these fun classes will help inspire any young cook in the kitchen.
Get the whole family involved…
We think great food should be enjoyed with the people you love, so why not join a Cook together class and get stuck in as a family? These classes are designed for an adult and child to cook together, and we often find the junior chefs are showing mum or dad a thing or two when it comes to cooking!
