A Magical Christmas Awaits at Victoria Place
This year the centre will become home to ‘The Forgotten Toys’ over the festive season, partnering with local charity Sebastian’s Action Trust to collect pre-loved toys that will then be distributed to new owners who can love them once again. To tie in with this, families are invited to enjoy toy themed events and activities in the run up to Christmas on the following dates;
- Saturday 19th November – ‘The Forgotten Toys’ Storytime
- Saturday 26th November – ‘Repair-a-Bear’ Workshops
Santa will be opening the doors to his beautiful grotto, complete with animatronic singing reindeers from Monday 21st November to Saturday 24th December. Visitors will be able to meet the big man in red and his trusty elves at intervals throughout the day between 10am to 5pm daily, and take home a special gift to remember their experience. No pre-booking is required.
This year, Santa’s elves will also be helping with the collection of ‘The Forgotten Toys’ donations. From Monday 21st November to Sunday 18th December Santa is calling for all his visitors to bring along their pre-loved toys that they no longer use, to be collected by his elves and displayed before donating to the centre’s partner charity.
With a whole host of new brands, excellent dining options and enticing leisure including the theatre, cinema and brand-new Woking Superbowl, there really is something for everyone on a festive visit to Victoria Place this Christmas season.
