Designed and adapted specifically for users who have reduced mobility or a disability, or who experience pain or discomfort using normal public transport, this eye-catching yellow fleet safely caters for everyone of all ages and disabilities – and assistance dogs are warmly welcomed too.
Supported by Woking Borough Council and Surrey County Council, Woking Community Transport has been providing transport services throughout Woking Borough and beyond for almost 30 years.
Rest assured by this dedicated fleet team’s focus on your safety, health and well-being, with only one passenger transported at any one time, staff are fully equipped with PPE and all vehicles are regularly cleaned every day and deep-cleaned weekly.
“We recognise the difficulty many of our dial-a-ride members will have in getting to hospital appointments, shopping and hair appointments, which is why we’re offering a free dial-a-ride service throughout August and September.
While members will need to continue to book transport in advance, we’re happy to welcome new members provided they meet the service requirements. We hope this safe, and completely free, door-to-door service will help those in our community who struggle to get out due to reduced mobility, age or disability.” Bustler Transport Manager Colin said.
